Responsibilities:
Complete intruder alarm, VSS (formerly CCTV), and access control installations on customer sites to comply with Company and BS/EN standards, SSAIB Criteria, NPCC/PSS policy and legislation.

• Attend maintenance visits and call outs; and
• Install and replace items as highlighted during maintenance visits.
• Ensure you complete work in a timely and effective manner without losing track of quality and remain compliant to industry standards.
• Carry out maintenance on existing systems.
• Methodically diagnose problems, efficiently fault find and undertake corrective actions.
• Work safely and adhere to regulation and RAMS.
• Ensure that administration requirements are completed on time and all necessary records are maintained accurately.
• Participate with the on-call rota.
• To conduct all activities in a professional manner at all times and follow company procedures
• Attend Company meetings as required.
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer service and client relations are maintained.
• Work efficiently within the team to ensure that projects are run in a timely manner and target completion dates are achieved.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working on installation of intruder alarms, VSS (formerly CCTV) and access control systems; have a "can do" attitude and a minimum of three years installation experience. Training on our specialist software will be given, as well as ongoing learning and development opportunities.

Please note: Security screening to BS7858 standard is required for this role.
A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications and Industry:

• BTEC Level 4 in the relevant disciplines
• CSCS card
• IPAF Licence
